 For medium and small sign holders. Great for clamping onto shelves. Through the hole in the bottom spring arm a screw can be used to fasten it more permanently or use it with the spring clamp retainer for a hidden fastening system that allows the spring clamp to be easily removed but secure in its place. or use the clamp without additional fastening hardware, it still works great.
